I have needed a car for some time , I came in wanting an Accord but going to get a Civic because I didn't think I could afford an Accord. But Chad got me in one , a blue one too!! Just what I wanted and we kept the payment and interest rate right where I needed it to be! The only thing I could recommend , and I know it's difficult , but it did take 3 1/2 hours. Most of that was paperwork. Chad was one of the best and friendliest salesman I have dealt with and that's why I returned to Buckeye Honda after shopping Ricart and Taylor Chev.

This was the second vehicle that I purchased from Buckeye Honda. I keep coming back to Buckeye, in part, because of the service department. The level of service over time is extremely important, and I always consider it in my purchasing plans. Chad listened to my concerns and answered my questions. It was the first time I was ever at a Honda dealership. I have purchased several cars in the past and I got to the point where I sent my husband and told him to pick out a car and I would be over to sign the paperwork. I detested going to a car lot. My experience at the Honda dealership in Lancaster OH was a very pleasant surprise. We had no intention of purchasing a car at this point. Chad was a breath of fresh air. I was very impressed, which is very surprising since I have never had a good experience picking out a car in the past. Chad Balser has Outstanding Customer Service. If I ever had to go back to Buckeye Honda I would only deal with Chad. My experience and time that I spent with Chad made me feel welcome. I walked in complaining about the issues with my 2013 CRV and when I was approached by Chad there was a connection between us. Chad's position as a Sales Professional person did not leave a bad taste in my mouth when I left every day. I appreciate salesmen the way that Chad handled himself just like the name on his business card says (Sales Professional) I am glad that Chad was able to listen to me complain about my car, but in the same sense help make me feel better.
